Galleries Lafayette
Galleries Lafayette, is an immensely famous store, with tourists flocking to it from every corner of the world. A beautiful store with amazing interiors, Galleries Lafayette, showcases its products through its own fashion shows every Wednesday morning. Several floors are devoted to men, women and kids separately. Could you believe an entire floor only showcases different brands and types of lingerie! Clothes are not the only thing that this store stocks. There is an entire department for perfumes, wherein you can find the most enticing of brands. For those of you who are house proud, there is a separate houseware department. Tired of shopping? You can relax at the two restaurants on the sixth floor, which apart from food and drinks, offers a panaromic view of the city.

La Samaritaine
La Samaritaine might not be enjoying the status of Galleries Lafayette but nevertheless, it is one of the biggest department stores. This store, situated along the river has just about everything under its roof. Apart from the regular clothes departments, La Samaritaine also has a sports department, a toy department and a household products department. The coffeshop on its top floor, has one of the best views of Paris.
